I Read Every Feedback Message, So Please Keep Sending Them

Hello, Leigh here again.
Quick background if you are new here: before I moved into web development, I was a government employee in a national government agency, and these days I work in a local government unit. So the PDS is not some abstract form I discovered while looking for an app idea. I filled it out as an applicant, updated it for HR, and redid it every time something in my records changed. I have sighed at that Excel file more times than I want to admit.
I am also a solo developer, and PDS Express is a system I build and maintain entirely on my own, in between everything else. Keep that in mind as you read the rest of this.
If you have been in the service, you know the PDS follows you around. It shows up when you apply, when you get promoted, when your records get reviewed. Get one date wrong and expect a follow-up from HR. It is a small form carrying a lot of weight, which is exactly why I ended up building an entire app around it.
The part where I need your help
Here is my problem: I built PDS Express around my own PDS headaches. One person, one agency, one set of HR practices.
Your situation is probably different. Maybe you are a student dreaming of entering the Philippine government, preparing your very first PDS with no HR officer to ask. Maybe you are a teacher and your work experience section looks nothing like mine did. Maybe you are a fresh board passer seeing CSC Form 212 for the first time and one of my labels makes no sense to you. Maybe you work in HR and you already know which mistakes get a PDS bounced back, things I never learned because I was on the other side of that desk. Or maybe you are none of these, just someone who needed this form once and wants it done right.
I cannot see any of that from here. The app only gets better at handling real situations when people tell me about theirs.
What actually happens when you send feedback
Remember, it is just me here. There is no support team, no ticket system, no inbox where messages go to die. When you hit Send Feedback inside the app, it comes straight to me, and I read it.
If you are new and have not spotted it yet: open the app, click Menu at the top of the workspace (on your phone, it is the menu button), and choose Send feedback. That is it. No account needed, no separate form to hunt down.
You do not need to write anything formal. "This field cut off my answer" is useful. "I did not get what this section wanted" is useful. Even "this part felt slow" points me somewhere. Some of the changes already in the app started as short messages like that, not as items on some grand roadmap.
One request though: please do not put your actual personal information in the feedback message. No names, birthdays, or ID numbers. Describe the problem, not your data. This whole app is built around treating PDS information carefully, and that includes not collecting it in places where it does not belong.
Why I care about this
Working in government taught me something I think about a lot: systems stay painful when the pain has nowhere to go. A confusing form stays confusing for decades because nobody is collecting the confusion. I do not want to build another one of those.
So if something in PDS Express annoyed you, tell me. If something broke, definitely tell me. And if it saved you an afternoon of fighting with spreadsheet cells, I would honestly love to hear that too.
To everyone who bought the Pro Pass
Thank you. Genuinely. Servers, databases, and file storage all cost money, and as one person paying those bills, every single Pro Pass purchase directly helps keep this system running. It also tells me something no analytics dashboard can: that this tool was worth something real to you. That means a lot to me, and it is a big part of why I keep showing up to improve it.
The usual reminder: PDS Express is an independent tool and is not affiliated with the Civil Service Commission. Always review your generated document before submitting it, and follow whatever your agency or HR office requires.
