1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using PDS Express ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our profile management or document generation tools.

2. Service Description

PDS Express provides a digital workspace for storing personal data and generating a filled version of the Philippine Civil Service Commission (CSC) Form 212 (Personal Data Sheet).

3. User Accounts & Data

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when using the Service.

The Service processes sensitive personal identifiable information (PII). By using PDS Express, you represent that you have the right to provide this data and that it belongs to you or that you have received explicit consent from the data subject.

4. Payments and Pro Access

Basic PDF preview and download are available without payment. Pro Pass is a one-time payment for account-based saving and reusable profile access. All payments are final and non-refundable unless required by applicable law.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. While we strive for accuracy in document generation, we do not guarantee that the generated PDF will be accepted by all agencies or that it is free of clerical errors. Users must review all generated documents before official submission.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PDS Express shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service.

7. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
