CSC Form 212 contains sensitive personal information. PDS Express is designed to help you prepare the form without treating your data casually. This page is a plain-language summary; the full policy is in the Privacy Policy.
What we store
Free drafts stay in your browser. If you sign in and save, we store your account profile and PDS form fields. If you choose Pro Pass, we also store payment access state.
What we do not sell
Your PDS profile is not sold to third parties. It is used to provide the app, generate previews, and export PDFs you request.
Smart Import
If you use Smart Import, fillable PDS fields are read directly. Resume text may be processed by Google Gemini to suggest PDS-shaped data. Treat the result as a draft and review every field.
Payments
Pro Pass purchases can be paid through QRPH where supported. PDS Express stores payment status needed to unlock paid access, not full card details.
Your responsibilities
Use a secure account, avoid sharing your login, review generated PDFs before submission, and delete your saved profile from settings if you no longer want your PDS data stored in PDS Express.
